– 777 Bay Street, Suite 2000 Full time, permanent Competitive salary and full benefits package As Randstad Solutions’ AWS specialized Architect, you will be at the center of Randstad IT Solution’s ability to modernize our customers’ architecture and technology stacks to the cloud.

Not only are you highly skilled, technically, but you are also invested in providing an excellent customer experience and developing fresh, cutting-edge solutions.

What will your job entail?

You will develop client relationships with balanced and deep technical knowledge.

You will create custom solutions to modernize our customers’ architecture and technology stacks.

Projects can last from a few months to a year or more depending on the project mandate.

The projects you work on are varied and span across different industries (Transportation, Insurance, Banking, Distribution, E-Commerce to name just a handful).

The tech stacks you use are constantly evolving, so you have an opportunity to continuously learn and use new cutting-edge tools.

And as you grow into the role and company, you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills and influence through further responsibilities fueling Randstad IT Solutions’ growth.

What we are looking for As an AWS software architect, you have been a developer who thrives to own and design solutions from the ground up.

You are a curious, flexible individual who we can count on, just as you can count on us and you will be surrounded by skilled, passionate, and enthusiastic teammates.

Skills you bring to the table Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset).

Demonstrated leadership and deployment experience with native cloud paradigms and tools on AWS (including but not limited to ECS, Cloud formation, SQS, SES, SNS, Kinesis, Lambda).

Good database knowledge ( SQL and NoSQL).

At ease in Full Stack with Java & MVC & JavaScript (e.g.: React, Angular), and Spring Framework.

Expert knowledge in modern architecture paradigms and patterns (e.g.: SOA , REST , Microservices ).

Good understanding and experience with TDD / BDD paradigms.

Demonstrated ability to manage and troubleshoot multiple inputs of code into git-based tools.

You have DevOps experience; you’re at ease with cloud-based CI/CD setups and operations (test, build, and deployment automation).

Ability and experience to navigate scrum tools, processes, and artifacts.
