THE JOB: We’re looking for an experienced design leader with diverse skills and a passion for cutting edge technology.

If you’re ready to lead a team to design applications in XR, gamification, metaverse and blockchain, we’re excited to hear from you YOUR MISSION: Lead the design team on several unique cutting edge projects Oversee the design of immersive experiences, polished interaction, engaging gameplay, and more Work closely with production, art, and programming teams to maximize efficiency and quality Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the design vision and deliver on project goals Manage your team members’ performance and training to help them excel Pitch creative ideas for new features and upcoming projects YOUR SKILLS: Passion for leading edge technology including AR, VR, metaverse, and blockchain 7 years of experience as an app designer, or equivalent background Expert knowledge of app design, UX design, and game design fundamentals Proficient English with outstanding verbal, written, and visual communication skills Experience pitching designs to external clients and internal stakeholders Ability to quickly adapt and hit deadlines in a fast-paced and creative environment Collaborative spirit and love of teamwork OUR OFFER: Competitive salary and benefits package Chance to advance your career at a fast growing company Extensive support for your continued learning and development Community-oriented culture that supports giving back to make a difference OUR WORK ENVIRONMENT: During the COVID-19 pandemic, you’ll onboard and work 100% remotely.
