job description What This Position is All About: Reporting to the DVP, Creative and Content, the Associate Creative Director is responsible for leading and inspiring creative teams to develop and execute projects and campaigns.

You Also Have: Bachelor’s degree in a related field 10 years of experience in an internal creative team or creative agency with 5 years of leadership experience.

A hands-on background in developing ideas and tools, and the ability to bring them to life.

Vast experience leading and managing creative teams and complex interdisciplinary projects.

Multi-channel experience including digital, social, print and mass communications.

As The Associate Creative Director, You Will: Hands-on cross-functional leader collaborating with Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, developers and Project Managers to evolve and execute a large ecosystem of cross channel projects.

Support the DVP, Creative and Content with the development of strategic cross-channel creative concepts and day-to-day creative workflow.

Leads creative development for seasonal campaigns and projects.

Responsible for developing and transforming concepts into creative solutions and ensuring objectives are achieved while always pushing for innovation.

Must be able to lead creative teams and projects from concept creation to completion.

Effectively communicate project requirements/roles/responsibilities and create an environment where creatives can thrive.

Ensure that creative output is innovative, of international quality and meets or exceeds brief expectations.
