The Opportunity: The OpportunityThe Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for the execution of all support and administrative tasks to support the local sales team.Why work for Clean Harbors?Health and Safety is our 1 priority and we live it 3-6-5Competitive base pay and incentive programsComprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employmentGenerous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursementGroup RRSPPositive and safe work environmentsOpportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your careerKey Responsibilities:Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.Central point of contact for system generated quotes and liaise with sales team to ensure process is executed accuratelyWork closely with Sales & Ops leadership team on various administrative initiativesSupport the sales team with customer RFP requests including proposal drafts and gathering supplementary documentation.Prioritize workload in accordance with key deliverables and deadlinesAssist with coordinating key industry event schedulingGenerate reports and spreadsheets as requiredAttend scheduled meetings with sales & ops team and provide support as requiredAssist Admin team with CRM and general customer support requests What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?3-5 years of experience of customer service experience;High school diploma required;Previous experience in a fast-paced Customer Service environment preferred;Previous experience with CRM applications preferredExperience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;Ability to prioritize and multi-task is key for this position;Strong organizational skills;Superior communication and interpersonal skills.Wondering what to expect in starting your career with Clean Harbors?
