Construction Solicitor
– (2-4 YRS PQE) We have an exciting new position for a Solicitor with experience in construction and infrastructure matters to join a substantial market leading law firm.
You should be a dynamic and ambitious Individual who has excellent academics and training at a respected firm.
Typical workload will include construction and infrastructure related dispute work involving court litigation, adjudication, arbitration, mediation and other forms of ADR relating to disputes over payment, delays, defects, professional negligence.
Workload will be across a wide range of construction projects and sectors, including commercial development, renewable energy, residential, operation/maintenance/service contracts and facilities management.
You will be joining a highly successful team and working directly alongside the Partner, which is a perfect way to further develop your chosen specialism, with the full support of the team.
