Your responsibilities in this role
– Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
– Maintain various office files and provide general office filing support
– Order office and kitchen supplies
– Managing all incoming phone calls
– Bring a sense of urgency and prioritization skills
– Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures
– Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support
– Create a welcoming environment for visitors
– Strong attention to detail
– Receptionist Duties experience
– Energetic, intelligent, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
– Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
