Presentation Specialist

Job Description

The Presentation Specialist is a designer and innovator responsible for preparing high-impact visual presentations. The Presentation Specialist will create presentations that convey data / tell a story to external and internal clients through elements including graphs, pictures, charts, tables and text. The Presentation Specialist ensures effective articulation of product or services being presented, while also appealing to the audience aesthetically and persuasively.

Must Haves/Main Duties:
**The candidates should be able to produce the kind of graphs and figures attached to this posting. For PowerPoint, they should be able to build and edit charts, format tables and flow charts, work on templates and reformat. For Excel, it will be data sorting (both horizontally and vertically), build and edit different types of charts, and pivot table as included in the attached 2 files.**

– contractor will sit with Sales Support Team and will assist with creating slide desk, graphs, spreadsheets, etc.
– looking for someone that has scored high on Excel and PowerPoint Testing – *REQUIRED 100% at the advanced level on both
– must be comfortable working with Adobe/PDF
– previous Sales Support Office/Admin/Coordinator experience
– previous experience working within Asset Management, Mutual Funds, Capital Markets asset
– must be extremely professional and comfortable working in a corp. environment with Sr. leadership
– will collaborate and assist internal groups to produce high quality marketing and client servicing support materials within tight timelines
– assist in formatting and creating documents in PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe (and other office computer programs)
– Client Materials: Production and revision of professional client presentations, commentaries and Requests for Information (RFIs)
– Sales Material: Production of professional and compliant prospect and consultant presentations
-Plan, create and design unique, compelling and memorable PowerPoint presentations that fully demonstrate the efficacy of a specific business offering for a wide variety of audiences
-Create new content and/or update existing content to convey key points visually through elements such as illustration or graphics
-Design additional presentation materials such as print collateral and handouts as necessary
-Collaborate closely with internal customers (sales and marketing) to understand and interpret requirements as a means to develop a story that is depicted in a meaningful way through a presentation
-Synthesize information effectively by maintaining an understanding of the industries we cater to and solutions we sell to
-Maintain understanding and enforcement of corporate branding policies that include color, typography and logo usage

Required Qualifications:
-Significant experience working with PowerPoint® and other Microsoft® office applications
-Aptitude for quick, creative thinking
-Acute attention to detail with emphasis on quality
-A broad range of product and sales process understanding
-Strong time management skills
-Excellent written communication skills
-Excellent cross group collaborations skills
-Looking for high proficiency in PowerPoint and excel (100% score)
-Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
-Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people at all levels
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
