This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted December 15, 2018.

Our client is a leader in the development and implementation of claims processing software and services in the market. They provide property & casualty claims data solutions to the Canadian auto insurance and collision repair industry. They are looking for an office manager to join their ever-growing team in North York.

Main responsibilities:

Answering and forwarding incoming calls.

Organizing events.

Ordering Office and Kitchen Supplies.

Greeting visitors (Signing In and Out).

Processing documents (Word, Excel).

Setting up meetings, checking up mails.

Providing administrative support to the team.

Other related tasks.
