Key responsibilities
– Provide front desk and receptionist support
– Providing accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion
– Demonstrate command of such tasks as data entry, faxing, copying, scanning, filing, and word processing
– Interface with customers in a friendly manner
– Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed
– Carry out correspondence according to prescribed style and format
– Receive and place telephone calls as needed
– Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
– This position requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
– Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
– Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
– Microsoft Word experience required
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
– Solid understanding of typing 45
– 60 words per minute
– Foundational knowledge in alphanumeric data entry
– Experience handling office equipment
– At least 1 year of Office Clerk experience preferred
