Days off: Saturday, Sunday, and statutory holidays Reference: 140557-jim Come work as a Clerical Supervisor in Radiology with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Clerical Supervisor to join the Medical Imaging team at Richmond Hospital in Richmond, BC.

Apply today to join our team As a Clerical Supervisor with VCH you will: Supervise more than ten (10) designated staff.

Oversee the coordination of clerical workflow for designated areas within the department of Radiology such as: supervising work activities, scheduling and coordinating staff, conducting performance evaluations in conjunction with supervisor, reviewing and revising policies and procedures, setting up protocols for methods of operation, coordinating implementation of new work methods and/or systems, troubleshooting Hospital and Radiology Information Systems for assigned areas, monitoring expenditures and making recommendations to supervisor regarding budget for designated areas, and performing patient registration and other clerical functions as required.

Knowledge & Abilities Ability to type 50 wpm.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Ability to deal with others effectively.

Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.

Ability to supervise.

Ability to organize work.

Ability to operate related equipment.

The hours of work including days off and work area may be subject to change consistent with operational requirements and the provision of the Collective Agreement and applicable statutes.

Successful applicants may be required to complete a Criminal Records Review Check.
