Manager, Marketing Communications (Everyday Banking) is a passionate Digital-First Marketer, accountable for developing engaging end-to-end marketing campaigns and client experiences that will deliver our objectives for our Deposits business partners.

You’ll support their Everyday Banking, Cross-Border Banking and How You’ll Succeed Client Focus
– You will come with a proven track record of taking a client first approach
– relentless focus on optimization of client experiences.

Delivery of first-rate digital marketing, A/B testing, optimization, and web analytics skills.

Able to leverage a client-centric, agile approach for rapid, iterative delivery of digital campaigns & tests Communication
– Ability to inspire and influence across large organizations to gain alignment and support on recommended marketing tactics & strategies.

Strong knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Must be comfortable speaking to a Senior Executive audience Leadership
– Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and lead others in a highly collaborative environment.

The ability to “influence without authority” will be a finely honed skill you use regularly.
