Sales Director – Cyber Solutions


This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted January 4, 2022.

Aon is hiring for a Sales Director to join the Cyber Solutions practice As part of an industry-leading team, you will retain, build and grow Aon’s business, specifically insurance panel business by cultivating relationships with executive client decision-makers in the client organization as well as with day-to-day client contacts while supporting Cyber Solutions in Toronto, Canada. Job Responsibilities Develops and delivers sophisticated presentations and communications tailored to the needs of the audience and the circumstances at hand. Establishes strong credibility with clients on both business and risk issues and is sought after by clients as an advisor. Leverage credibility, knowledge and open dialog to influence client purchasing decisions and close wins. Obtains knowledge of competitors’ services/products and counters with enhanced products, processes or expert advice better aligned to client needs. Educates clients in risk management, risk transfer, market issues, and relevant trends. Reports and resolves client issues and concerns and reviews client expectations to ensure relationship is mutually acceptable and beneficial. Actively drives client penetration and new business with existing and potential new customers through the introduction of products, services, lines of business and industry expertise. Identifies each client’s needs and develops a detailed plan to help clients achieve their goals and objectives. Serves as a resource of industry, product or market area expertise to internal and external clients. Demonstrates a profitable book of business. Through service, pricing, consultation and reporting, promotes the value Aon delivers to clients. Ensures client service team understanding of needs, service delivery methods, and the economic framework relevant to services delivered. People Leadership Contributes to team members’ technical knowledge while encouraging team spirit, individual challenge and personal development of team members. Understands and works in alignment with Aon’s values. Operational Excellence Manages input to and follow-up on invoicing and receivables process, ensuring timely collections. Ensures that account data supports the integrity of company accounting and tracking systems; Handles expenses. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience as a business development and sales professional with experience creating such plans. Thorough knowledge of the Cyber security and security advisory market. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities. Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of proven industry experience.
