Office/AP Assistant

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted May 13, 2018.

Job Description

Motorcade Industries is a leader in the aftermarket auto parts industry.

We have been providing auto parts to installers and repair garages with quality auto parts since 1956.

We are seeking an individual to join our head office accounting team located in the Lawrence and Caledonia area of North York.

Duties include:

  • Data Entry
  • Matching invoices and packing slips
  • General administrative work
  • Answering Phone

The successful candidate will:

  • Be detailed oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Knowledge of ACCPAC Accounting would be preferred
