One of our major banking clients is looking for a Junior Reconciliation Clerk (Audit, V-lookup, Pivot Table & Bank exp.

Required) Length: Contract term is 4 months with a possibility of extension Working Hours: 9-5 Working Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (ON-SITE) LOB: Operations
– Reconciliation and Audits Role Mandate: The banking Client is also calling this role a Service Representative.

This resource will be supporting the Operations team focusing on reconciliation and audits.

There is not a specific project(s) pegged for this resource, they are solely responsible for reconciling and auditing.

Candidate Value Proposition (CVP): This role provides contractor experience with the banking world and exposure to reconciliation and auditing.

There are opportunities for growth within the different departments within the bank as well.

– Not client facing Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
– Review and audit transactions processed by other teams
– Reconcile and balance internal accounts
– Investigate and escalate out of balance accounts
– The candidate may be responsible for corresponding with other team members / business partners to resolve escalations and investigation requests Must-Have Skills:
– 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity (FI
– reconciliation/auditing)
– Attention to detail
– Enjoys reconciliation and auditing
– Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, advance excel ( V-look up and pivot table ) required.
