– preferably client facing experience Reason for request/why opened: New project for a new entity in UK % Interaction with: 100% Team Size: 9 Job Description: The role will perform client outreach for a project initiative for the banks new UK entity, The candidate will support the Client Engagement team with outreach efforts, management of remediation data and reporting to internal stakeholders.

This role will involve contact with front office stakeholders, clients and work closely with the project teams to ensure that complete and accurate data has been collected in line with requirements.

Accountabilities: Perform client outreach for the remediation of Equities clients Communicate with clients to share reporting data Track completion statistics Assist with the remediation of client data Track outstanding clients to escalate collection of required information Experience outreaching to large institutional clients Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality Adheres to strict deadlines and handles high volumes of work in a demanding environment SUMMARY OF DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to network and meet internal stake holders, dealing with clients, good steppingstone Client outreach, going through spreadsheet of data, updating field forms in PDFs, and emailing them out Some back and forth answering questions About 400 clients Managing and dealing mostly with emails Limited Mistakes MUST HAVE: 1-2 years of experience as an Analyst performing Client Outreach Management of remediation data and reporting to internal stakeholders NICE TO HAVE: Post-Secondary Previous experience in capital markets Previous experience in front facing client experiences (e.g., retail)
