The chosen candidate will have a ”can-do” attitude, positive energy and MUST have Customer Service Experience and Must be able to work from home with minimal supervision.

They are in a growth expansion mode and need the right candidate with strong work ethic.

Once (in-house training in Mississauga) is completed, you will be on a strictly work from home assignment.

You will be working with their US based commercial customers and will be trained on their current system (Epicor) and their new system Oracle.

You will be trained on Oracle at the same time as your manager ( this is a great opportunity build and develop your relationship/understanding of your customers and managers needs) If you have customer service experience we should speak.

Promptly respond to customer inquiries for the Commercial side of the business Process new incoming orders Confirm all new orders entered Liaise closely with production and shipping to ensure shipments are taken care of and customer is satisfied Follow-up on back-orders and advise customers of availability Co-ordinate retail and commercial shipments with related team/department Total responsibility for invoicing, ensuring accuracy of invoice prior to mailing Track shipments Investigate discrepancies for customers Process RMA’s Process credit notes and troubleshooting customer deductions on a timely basis Clear credit notes, deductions and variances within the same month Provide PODs for various report cards that are received from the different venders Maintain accurate customer databases and filing Adhere to existing controls, review controls documents and file as needed Review daily reports, margin information and report findings Other customer service and general duties as assigned If you have the experience that relates to the above job responsibilities, we should have a conversation.
