Accounts Receivable and Collections Supervisor

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted November 2, 2019.

Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional who has supervisory experience or is ready for a supervisory role?

If so, this may be a great role for you to consider Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include;
– Lead and coach team to handle and resolve internal and external customer issues
– Analyze and identify trends and provide direction for appropriate enhancements to the collection strategies and processes
– Weekly and Monthly portfolio reviews and reporting
– Responsible for identifying risks and implementing corrective action
– Review bad debt write-offs, identify trends and implement process improvements to reduce bad debt
– Understand collections drivers and risk prevention drivers
– Work with internal departments to solve problems and generate efficiencies
– Identify process improvements and work with internal partners and external customers to improve processes
– Develop metrics and performance management scorecards to drive and increase performance
– Train and develop the team members to create a high-performance culture
– Meet compliance standards through the use of monitoring processes Advantages

– 3 years of collections experience
