Under the supervision of the Executive Committee, the chosen candidate will be in charge of leading the sales teams on the national level.

  • Work closely with our managerial team to share expertise and promote the company culture.
  • Prepare and implement the annual sales budget and oversee the execution of related planning and assignations throughout the year.
  • Oversee the performance of Sales Directors and provide support to the teams in order to reach sales objectives.
  • Ensure that sales teams use the various tools at their disposal in conformity with company policies and that the sales teams perform in an efficient and productive manner.
  • Periodically review the department structure, territories and market segmentation to maximize sales team performance.
  • Share in designing sales strategies and generate creative ways to find new clients and retain their loyalty.
  • Periodically review the pricing of products to ensure maximum profitability given market trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze and implement remuneration plans designed to help the company reach its objectives and motivate sales teams.
  • Identify and develop new growth opportunities and implement plans to take advantage of these opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for new and revenue-generating products and services.
  • Develop a business network and supervise the major accounts.
  • Ensure a regular presence in both Québec and Toronto offices.

  • Ten years’ experience in managing sales teams.
  • Experience with technology-related industry.
  • Capacity to size up client needs and develop creative solutions to maximize business development.
  • Proven experience in exceeding sales objectives.
  • Ability to create and communicate a vision to inspire sales team to reach exceptional performance levels.
  • Perfectly bilingual (written and spoken French and English).
  • Leadership and inspired agent for change.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Experience with working in a matrix environment.
  • Great analytical and structural thinking skills.
