Our customers receive a superior experience through direct relationships with George A Wright & Son support people, and through its services. George a Wright & Son is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to be responsible for the administration, operation, and direction of independent sales agents, regional sales representatives, engineering technicians and customer quotations. Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Sales management planning for direct end-user, OEM and robotics automation accounts• Develop revenue and expense budgets• Develop and refine sales processes; reporting and forecasting sales pipeline activity• Coach, lead and mentor staff, hire and retain the right people that fit our culture• Motivate and provide direction• Conduct ongoing performance and salary reviews, mentor employees, develop their skills and career path within the company• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic accounts and customers• Deliver accurate and timely customer requirements to your solutions development team• Travel within the sales territory with approximately 2 to 4 overnights per month• Attend regional, national trade shows and exhibitions Job Competencies: • Mechanical Engineering degree, certified engineering credentials or verifiable technical engineering experience• In-depth experience specifying and selling material handling systems, packaging or process automation systems.• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CAD design, process and line layouts• Minimum 5 years of technical industrial sales experience• Have a thorough understanding of SalesForce or similar CRM• Excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills• Advanced level written and verbal communication skills• Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to work with clients at all levels• Proficient with computers including Microsoft office Compensation: George A Wright offers an engaging, stimulating, and rewarding workplace.
