VP Sales

Our client offers one of the most innovative retail enablement platforms. Their SaaS based platform will supercharge idle retail associates to drive sales, engage with customers and build lasting relations. They are currently in high growth mode have partnered with 13 major wireless carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, TELUS, Bell, WIND, and many more).
 
We are looking for a senior VP Sales;

Your responsibilities:

  • Grow revenues from $4M to $20M in the next 2 years
  • Manage, coach, and grow the sales team (4 BDRs, 2 AEs, 2 Enterprise AEs)

You will be successful in this role if you:

  • Strong leadership experience in a technology sales organization, with a thorough understanding of the SaaS and wireless industries
  • Have a track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
  • You are a digital-native, fluent in email, SMS, social media, and know how to use these channels effectively to better your company’s sales
  • Understand the challenger sales methodology and are able build and train a team that uses this methodology
  • Have managed sales teams of 15+, including management
