Vice President, Business Development – Saas for Healthcare

Our client is revolutionizing the way patients receive care in the healthcare system. The CEO was chosen as one of “Canada’s Top 40 under 40”, they have a great company culture and live in a beautiful downtown TO office.
 
They are in rapid growth mode and looking to hire a top Vice President, Business Development to manage the Canadian side of their business.
 
The VP, Business Development will be instrumental in:

  • Growing, leading and mentoring the Canadian sales team
  • Driving strategic business development initiatives
  • Integrating and promoting new products to clients and thought leaders

The ideal candidate:

  • A deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape
  • 5+ years of experience leading high performance sales teams in a SaaS environment
  • Experience in growing a sales team, and managing a multidisciplinary team
  • MBA or equivalent education is preferred
  • Extraordinary communication skills

 A competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary and commission structure will be offered.
