Sales Manager – CPM Software

Our client is a market leading CPM software organization. This company has been experiencing fantastic success and growing rapidly, with some of the world’s largest software investors (most recently $30M!).  Already they have won awards and have received accolades for their software and have experienced 200% growth!  They are looking to hire a top performing Sales Manager.
 
Responsibilities
•             Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings
•             Ongoing mentoring and development of the business development team
•             Recruiting, hiring and training new Reps on sales process
•             Leading a total of 15+ BDRs
•             Conducting weekly 1-1’s
•             Coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure
•             Reporting on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
 
Required Skills and Experience:
•             MUST have 2 years + of management experience
•             Software sales experience in an individual contributor and management/team lead role
•             Proven record of sales success in software/technology
•             Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment
•             Formal sales training and has strong knowledge sales methodologies (ex: Challenger)
•             Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
