About the Role – Sales Director:

  • Managing a team of 15 inside sales reps at varying levels
  • Reporting into the Country Manager
  • The sales reps are calling on retailers with less than 5 employees (SMB), so the sales process is very fast-paced and transactional
  • Developing, implementing and maintaining a strategic sales process and KPIs for the team
  • Coach, motivate, and develop team members as they progress in their careers; an engaged team is a high performing team!
  • Analyze sales forecasts, call volume levels and individual pipelines for inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Brainstorm and strategize with senior leaders (located throughout the world) to ultimately execute monthly and quarterly revenue-achieving initiatives

About You:

  • Be willing to prove yourself – there is endless amount of career-growth opportunity
  • Have to be smart – know how to just figure something out without a lot of hand holding 
  • Have 3+ years of sales management experience, and 8+ years of total sales experience
  • Currently managing a highly transactional sales team (1-2 call closers!)
  • Able to be a player/coach mentor for your team
  • You’re customer focused, have an analytical mind, and are a strong communicator
  • Strong interest in software sales – must be a technology enthusiast!
