Residential Sales Associate- Full Time/ Part Time

Kognitive Marketing is expanding quickly, and we’re looking for motivated individuals like you to come on board with us!

About The Role:

As the Residential Sales Associate:

  • You will have a designated sales territory where you will be responsible for devising and executing an in-home sales plan.
  • Utilizing high-energy, people skills, and an entrepreneurial quality, the Sales Associate will be task with cultivating a targeted list of prospects to deliver or exceed sales objectives.
  • One must be capable of working independently or in a team environment to market products and services to the residential customers within the assigned geographic areas. 
  • We are looking for a skilled, and innovative Door-to-door Sales Associate that shares our values, and is passionate about working in a growing marketing organization!
  • Communicate and work with the manager to achieve the sales goal achievement.  

All while exhibiting our Mission, Vision and Core Values, as well as remaining compliant with all the policies and procedures of the program.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience in related fileds such as direct sales/ outside sales/ face to face sales/ residential sales within a fast paced work environment is definetly an asset. 
  • Strong communication skills to educate the customers about client’s products and services
  • Self-motivation and reliability 
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with the customers
  • Access to a vehicle for personal transportation throughout your assigned territory
  • A positive outgoing personality
