They disrupted the mobile industry in 2012, offering fair pricing, usable interfaces and shockingly available and friendly customer support. The Role

  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly basis via phone and email interactions
  • Thoroughly update lead status and prospect interactions in our CRM application
  • Contact prospects and customers
  • Deliver extraordinary customer service while compelling customers to sign-up 

Requirements for the Role:

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a conversation, and to ask the right questions at the right time is essential.
  • At least 2 years experience in either inside sales, telemarketing, or mobile phone service sales.
  • You are able to provide examples and numbers of prior achievement of sales goals or quotas.
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
  • Telecommunications industry or over-the-phone sales experience is preferred.
