Key Account Executive – Business Services (Legal Market)

Our client is an independent, Canadian company founded in 2009, and a leader in providing due diligence and compliance services. They have over 6,000 clients including many of Canada’s top tier law firms, accounting firms, insurance companies and financial institutions. Their mission is to optimize their clients’ access to corporate public records registries through customized and innovative information solutions.
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high energy Key Account Executive who thrives on building relationships through dialogue with current and prospective clients. You will maintain existing business relationships and develop new ones while selling products and services. This position would be of interest to someone who has experience selling into legal firms.

 
Your duties will include:
• Maintaining and growing a current base of clients
• Increasing growth of territory through cross-selling and new business development 
•Contributing to the success of cross-functional teams
• Creating revenues by identifying opportunities, establishing penetration strategies and creating sound partnerships with customers
• Developing and executing an astute positioning strategy, as well as achieving genuine differentiation
• Recording activity using Salesforce
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on performance metrics
 
Qualifications:
• Experience selling services into the legal market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to adapt to a variety of changing events within the job
• Tactical and strategic selling skills
• The motivation and drive to exceed sales targets
