About the Role – Inside Sales Account Manager:

  • 100% building a book of business and managing that business going forward
  • 30+ calls/day developing new business and managing current accounts
  • Consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales revenue and retention targets
  • Selling to into the SMB corporate sector in a variety of veritcals
  • Logging all sales activity in Salesforce 
  • HUNTING new business! Can’t be afraid of cold calling!
  • Logging all sales activity in Salesforce 

About You:

  • Must have at least 1 year of B2B inside sales experience
  • Must have experience with a CRM (Salesforce.com preferred, but not necessary)
  • Have to be smart – know how to just figure something out without a lot of hand-holding
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of media and marketing  – SEO, and SEM, banners, web search, digital media etc
  • Polished Sales Skills – Needs qualification, cultivating relationships, negotiating/closing business, objection handling
  • Bilingual (French) highly preferred
