Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square is looking for a Bartender who’s primary responsibility is to prepare and serve all beverages and food in the lounge while providing professional knowledgeable and friendly service.

Duties include:

– Prepare and serve all beverages
– Product knowledge of menu items, liquor brands, beer and non-alcoholic selections, preparation methods and garnishes for each drink.
– Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
– Perform related maintenance/cleaning of equipment
– Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of bar-top, service areas.
– Anticipate guest’s needs, respond promptly and acknowledge guests even when busy


Full Time availability for varying shifts and days including weekends and statutory holidays

– Previous bartending experience in a reputable bar
– Excellent knowledge of wines & spirits, mixology skills
– Smart Serve Certified
– Professional, enthusiastic, energetic, a people person
– Able to work and communicate well within the team
– Available to accommodate a flexible work schedule
– Able to work under pressure
