Job Description

Chase Hospitality Group is looking for a talented Chef to take on the operations of the Chase, our highly acclaimed flagship restaurant.

The chosen candidate would work with Chefs Tyler Shedden and Luke Kennedy to create and present an exceptional menu while overseeing one of Toronto’s most elite kitchens.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Design and roll out of seasonal menus using ethically sourced products
  • Leading the culinary team with his/her exciting vision for the restaurant.
  • Overseeing the operations of the team, including the supervision of all Sous Chefs
  • Showing leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience of food and cooking
  • Demonstrating high personal integrity and business ethics
  • Conducting training and development initiatives
  • Ensuring adherence to labour and COG budget lines
