:The Intermediate Financial Analyst, Pricing & Profitability plays a leading role in supporting Finance and the B2B Bank business line.The incumbent will assist in the development of the yearly budget and quarterly forecasts relating to both margin and volume assumptions.This includes performing related analysis to produce accurate quarterly forecasts reporting and assisting with the annual budget process for B2B senior management.The incumbent will also be assigned various business case analysis and manage the daily pricing of various product lines.This is a key position, responsible for analyzing, reporting and providing recommendations to the Product leadership team on all aspects of business performance measurement and modeling, forecasting and planning.

This position will join a team which provides extensive support for all product lines.Responsibilities :Conduct pricing reviews and recommendations for various B2B product lines. Assist Manager with annual budget preparation for B2B Bank and all related business lines, including volume estimates and pricing. Business case reviews and support; ensure proper financial analysis, summary and recommendations are supported. Participate in the analysis of real-time financial results. Supports and presents to various B2B Committees as a subject matter expert on assigned business cases. Analyzes and interprets data, explains variances, and evaluates the implications. Maintains and modifies procedures and documentation; keeps up to date with current legislation and regulatory bodies in addition to the Bankยฟs policies, procedures, and programs. Provide recommendations in order to improve department efficiency. Verifies and ensures the quality control of data and proposes solutions to any discrepancies. Identifies solutions that may improve the work processes.Keeps financial analysis models up-to-date. Communicates various information and data to head-office. May be called upon to participate in the implementation of certain administrative projects or processes. Participate in month-end, quarterly forecasts and 3-year plan scenarios for submission to management. Participate in the annual budget and business plan for managementQualifications :University degree in a related field, and 3 to 5 years of related work experience. Enrolled in or completed professional Finance certification (CFA or other equivalent). Strong presentation skills. Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel (VB, Pivot Tables) is required. Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in core competencies including teamwork, adaptability, analytical, detail-orientation, and organizational. 3 years of finance and analysis experience within the financial services industry. Ability to work with tight deadlines during month-end, quarter-end and year-end period as well as budget and strategic planning period. Strong analytical skills in order to analyze financial and statistical information and determine trends. Ability to work independently as well as a team and enjoys challenges. Ability to manage multiple priorities, ad hoc demands and meet tight deadlines.
