The Role: Professionally and courteously handle phones calls Respond to queries from the Client’s community Manage the Client’s email box and respond to email queries Maintain the email box and regularly triage and tidy the email box Ability to assist End User navigation of the Client’s grants systems Ability to assist with the Client’s ethics form Produce general documents using the Microsoft Office suite Be able to work in a team environment with a varied work pace The ideal candidate will have: Prior experience working in an Operator role Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of all key components outlined above Liasing with suppliers and clients Grammatically correct speech
