Louis Bar & Grill is seeking an outgoing, food-loving Local Store Field Marketing (LSM) Coordinator with a desire to be part of a growing, dynamic and fast-paced team environment. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.If you are the kind of person that is hands-on and idea-oriented, prides themselves on strong attention to detail, organization, and results, enjoys a certain amount of autonomy and travel, and likes to work collaboratively with a variety of people then this 100% Canadian company is right for you!KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide hands-on support with respect to the development and implementation of LSM strategies, tactics, tools and other program needs for a large number of existing St. Louis Franchise restaurants.Spend 3+ days per week on the road and in-storeWork collaboratively with the individual restaurant franchisees or management teams, to build local relationships with new and lapsed guests and business prospects in the community, resulting in a measurable increase in guest count and sales.Lead the marketing efforts for New Store Openings (NSO’s) as needed, including training new franchisees on LSM process and initiatives, implementing pre-opening and post-opening marketing, and working with key partners in the community to celebrate opening day.Actively track the progress of each LSM initiative and work collaboratively with LSM colleagues to share ideas and information across regions, working together to improve and optimize concepts and existing activities.Work collaboratively with the entire marketing team to create and test Local Store Marketing Toolkits and Templates to be re-launched to the Franchisee community, following up with support on execution.Source and provide local competitive intelligence for restaurants/regions including pricing and promotional activities.Develop strong relationships with national and regional partners and media outlets to support local store marketing and attract new guests.REQUIRED SKILLS:Confident and outgoing with colleagues, franchisees, and suppliersPossesses a high level of professional maturity and business integrityStrong leader and collaborative team player, who works well with people of varying disciplinesHighly self-motivated, resourceful, self-starter, who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get the job doneOutstanding communication skillsExcels in fast-paced entrepreneurial environmentsPossesses strong organization, planning, problem solving and project management skills, and is able to multi task several prioritiesQUALIFICATIONS:Must have access to a vehicle as regular travel in southwestern Ontario is requiredPost-Secondary / University Degree with a marketing, commerce or communications focus1-3 years of experienceRelated marketing, sales, or agency experience within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is an asset, but not requiredHospitality and food industry experience is preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)Able to work evenings and weekends as required
