Job Description

General Summary:

We are looking for a Recent Graduate to join our team as a Junior CRM Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for customizing Microsoft CRM environments for our customers. You will use codeless and code‐based solutions to solve business challenges and build processes for our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Basic understanding of C#, .Net and SQL query writing
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Understanding of import/export data procedures with data mapping
  • Escalation of support requests that require Microsoft support, work with MS support to resolve issues
  • Consult with customers to understand their CRM customization needs, document and implement
  • System documentation maintenance and review in ConnectWise ticketing system
  • Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of development progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
  • Documenting implemented solutions and support requests in ConnectWise

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

  • 2‐3 years Programming University Degree/College Diploma in relevant programming languages
  • Understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer‐care
  • Ability to multi‐task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
