Talent Acquisition Specialist

By delivering more of the content people need about you and your products or services whenever and wherever they click, the LookBookHQ Intelligent Content Platform helps marketing & sales organizations educate prospects and customers faster and more efficiently.

As a member of our Employee Experience team, you will champion and promote LookBookHQ’s culture and make a huge contribution to our success. You’ll work closely with our Manager, Employee Experience, hiring managers, source outstanding candidates and assist with our hiring process. You’ll help us fill a high-volume of varied roles with people who will strengthen our culture and grow our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine the appropriate recruitment strategy by working closely with Manager, Employee Experience and Hiring Managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, assessing candidates, and ensuring the process and all communications are conducted in a positive way to provide an excellent candidate experience
    Foster relationships with external agencies and vendors.
  • Contribute to building our pipeline of talent by leveraging our employees’ networks and using creative marketing strategies to build brand awareness.
  • Maintain our database of active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
  • Participate in industry related and other networking events to promote the LookBookHQ brand as needed.
  • Work with the Manager, Employee Experience to improve how we do things and make LookBookHQ an even better place to work.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a recruitment role from an agency or corporate environment.
  • Must have experience with direct sourcing via LinkedIn, as well as a familiarity of headhunting.
  • Knowledge of the software and technology industries preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or diploma preferably within Human Resources or a business related discipline.
  • Strong relationship building and customer service orientation skills.
  • Flexible, well-organized, able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment; proven ability to work independently as well as to perform effectively in a team oriented environment.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system and LinkedIn Recruiter

The position is located in downtown Toronto.
