Position Description: We are seeking motivated individual to fill a PART-TIME Client Care Coordinator (CCC) position at a clinic located in Etobicoke.

The CCC reports to the Territory Manager/Supervisor and is responsible for persuading, motivating, and influencing patients to convert inquiries forward into hearing test appointments. CCC’s also build relationships with their patients in their community and the ideal candidate is someone who can convey trust, and confidence to our patients with outstanding communication and customer service skills. Candidates must also be courteous and prompt, professional, and enjoy working with seniors. CCC’s are also responsible to maintain all patient administrative records as well as scheduling and organizing the patients’ appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in retail and/or medical services environment
  • Post-secondary education
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
