Provide Inside Sales expertise to all existing customers
Meet and exceed daily sales expectations
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Follow up to customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner
Problem solve to help customers resolve issues on first call
Enters data from customers into various software programs
Appropriately communicate with upset customers to resolve their inquiries
Promote and offer products and services by consulting, gathering information, and evaluating customer needs
Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
Participates in additional training courses when needed
Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor or manager
Exercise retention efforts when appropriate
Identify customers who are comparison-shopping and inquiring about contract terms – assisting the Customer with the correct price plan when necessaryQualifications:Position Requirements Qualifications

Post Secondary education preferred
MINIMUM 2 years SALES experience and call centre environment
Excellent command of the English language
Experience and proven success in Inside Sales environment
Tenacious and professional inside sales expert
Experience and strong comfort-level on the telephone is a critical success factor and cannot be overstated
Enthusiastic and energetic
Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Great Work ethic, punctual, competitive and sales oriented
Computer Literacy
