We are located in the heart of the city of Toronto in a vibrant modern office setting; easily accessible on the TTC.

37.5 hours per week, working assigned shift from 8am to 8pm, 5 days per week.

The overall scope of the role is to respond tactfully and professionally to incoming inquiries and escalations from car lessees and car dealerships.  More specifically, the roles and responsibilities entail:

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bilingual French and English (verbal, written and comprehension) a must
  • Completion of post-secondary education
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, performing inbound and outbound call activity
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Advanced keyboarding skills (40 wpm or better)
  • Previous experience working in an office environment 2-3 years

Duties and Responsibilities or Job Functions

  • Handling all outgoing maturity accounts and advise lessees of available options at the end of the lease.
  • Assisting the lessee and dealer with all end of lease procedures and queries
  • Assisting dealers in servicing the maturing lease accounts and their retention efforts
  • Maintaining and updating lease account accurately and in a timely manner for reporting purposes
  • Applying sound judgment to resolve account disputes to avoid escalations
  • Performing necessary skip-tracing activities as required to locate customers
  • Carrying out administrative duties as required
  • Advising the EOT Team Lead of any end of term issues

Qualifications

  • Automotive experience is an asset
  • General knowledge, equivalent to secondary school completion
  • College or University any discipline
  • Ideally a minimum of 2-3 year previous experience in an inbound call center or customer service environment (Call Centre experience is preferred)
  • Confident ability to work with the public on the phone excellent phone manner
  • Experience in handling electronic communications
  • Excellent data entry processing reading text, document use, numeracy I year minimum experience preferred.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, meticulous attention to detail, work under pressure in a structured fast paced team environment, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must be flexible to work in a shift environment
  • Excellent problem solving skills, decision making, critical thinking skills, job task planning and organizing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to offer excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Self-motivated and able to function well independently or in a group environment.
