Job Duties/Accountabilities :

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Processing Inquiry tickets related to inventory and logistic operations

• Tracking and analysis of inquiries

• Development and improvement of processes and procedures for the business unit

• Implementation of processes and procedures within timelines.

• Service level monitoring of internal and external metrics

• Contacting customers to close service gap

• Performing various data related tasks within the team

Critical Qualifications/Competencies: • Strong processing and data management skills

• Excellent ability to provide attention to detail

• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to multi-task and        manage shifting priorities with little direct supervision

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook • Ability to effectively work on several tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work autonomously

• The desire to provide the best experience when serving a customer

• The ability to identify gaps and execute on resolution plans
