Client Service Representative/ Project Coordinator

Deal directly with customers by telephone, electronically or face to face

This is a Customer Service role in the apparel industry. It is not a call center environment, these are mostly inbound calls with product inquiries or orders.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries

Handle and resolve customer and representatives needs

Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquires

Provide pricing and delivery information

Set up new customer accounts

Process orders, forms, applications and requests

Data entryย 

Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes

Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

Record details of actions taken

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Follow up on customer interactions

Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

ย 

Bilingual an asset

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Knowledge of relevant computer applications – word and excel

High level of proficiency with numeric, oral and written language skills
