Job Description

Part-Time Bookkeeper

Access2Sales is hiring a part-time Bookkeeper to join its Mississauga team. We’re looking for a well-spoken individual that can effectively communicate with internal departments and clients, has flexibility in their schedule and has experience with Xero accounting software or familiar with cloud-based accounting. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow within the company for the right individual.


· Recording Day to Day Transactions

· Manage accounts payable and receivable

· Prepare Checks, payments (payroll)

· Reconcile accounts

· Liaise with clients and employees

· Prepare sales reports and others


· 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience

· Proficient in cloud/on-line accounting (Xero)

· Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and the ability to learn new software

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· High levels of organization and attention to detail

· Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Strong interpersonal skills with a courteous and professional phone demeanour

· Fluency in English


· Must have experience with Xero Accounting Software

· Experience with Certify for expense management an asset

· Selected candidates will be required to submit to a criminal background check

· Must be in the office for 2-3 hours/week


· Post-secondary diploma or training in book keeping/accounting required

· Post-secondary diploma or training in Office or Business Administration is an asset
